I would like to meet somebody for the first time either at a musical concert or a theatrical event, a nice meal at an informal resteraunt could be an alternative.
 
 
I have lived in Holland for about 16 years and travelled for resonably long periods of time to the far east, I used to be part of a theatrical company and performed mostly in Holland but sometimes different parts of Europe. After breaking up with my partner of about 6 years I returned to England where after not finding any resonable work that lasted any appreciable length of time I decided to go back to colledge and then university, I did this both because of my interest about the planet and people but an added bonus would be in meeting more people as I had quite a varied and active social life in Holland. I stopped drinking earlier this year but this has in no way altered my general open minded attitude or sense of of humour. I am very tolerant of other peoples opinions and beliefs. my religiouse beliefs are probably Buddist although I dislike dogma or hard line attitudes. As I have said before I have a very large sense of humour and I believe laughter as possibly the best panacaea in the world that could solve many of the problems that exists today with peoples of different beliefs and cultures. Although I have such a good sense of humour and tolerent attitude and have many female friends, I am very tactile but find it quite difficult to take the final step when it comes to a new relationship and unlikely as it seems feel shy and uncomfortable when it comes to meeting people for the first time.
